Care Copenhagen - Return & Satisfaction Guarantee

By virtue of our satisfaction guarantee, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal after receiving your product. During this period, Care Copenhagen guarantees a full right of return for the product, as long as it is not damaged and is returned in its entirety with all spare parts.

If you inform us of the return before the deadline expires, you have an extra 14 days to return the product itself.

Important Information:

  • Only the person who paid for the original order is entitled to a refund. If you received a product as a gift, you can exchange it for another product or a gift card. Alternatively, the original purchaser must contact us.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping.

  • You are responsible for the returned products until we receive them.

  • All products are inspected when we receive them.

  • We will refund the products at the price you paid for them, including discounted products.

  • If the products are damaged due to irresponsible use, the full amount will be refunded minus the depreciation.

  • All spare parts must be returned for a full refund. Read our terms of service here.

  • The amount is refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be transferred to the account linked to that card.

  • The package must be sent with direct delivery. We do not collect parcels from parcel shops.

  • We are happy to provide a UPS return label.

  • The satisfaction guarantee only applies to purchases made directly on our webshop.

How to Return a Product:

You must always contact us before sending products back. Briefly describe why you are not satisfied and provide your order number. We will then inform you of the return address.

Right of Return vs. Satisfaction Guarantee

Please note that all  accessories and personal care products are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. However, they are covered by a 100-day right of return, meaning they can still be returned within 100 days, but must be unopened and in their original packaging.

All other products can be tried for up to 100 days without affecting your right to return them.
